In this episode we hear from longtime collaborator, artist and activist Demian DinéYazhi' about the intention and motivation for the currently open $1,000 unrestricted Artist Fellowship for an Indigenous Queer, Gender Gradient/Non-Conforming, Trans, and Two-Spirit artist or poet. This fellowship is presented by R.I.S.E.: Radical Indigenous Survivance & Empowerment, an autonomous, self-funded artist/activist initiative.
